Steve Aoki invites some of the most familiar Asian-American A-listers to party it up in a brand-new music video for "Waste It On Me" featuring Korean pop stars BTS.

The Japanese-American DJ's latest visual arrived Monday morning (November 19), and features everyone from Gotham actress Jamie Chung, 13 Reasons Why favorite Ross Butler and Crazy Rich Asians stars Jimmy O. Yang and Ken Jeong.

Noticeably absent from the final cut, however, is the K-Pop stars themselves, whose vocals are the only trace of their presence in the visualization.

The electronic dance song, which premiered less than a month ago, marks the boy band's first-ever track performed entirely in English and their third collaboration with Aoki, following "The Truth Untold" and a remixed version of "MIC Drop."

In discussing the project's significance, the Grammy-winning record producer said he hoped it would change the course of Asian representation in music culture.

“It’s bigger than music, it represents a Korean band and one Asian-American DJ that can show other Asians they are also a part of the global commercial musical landscape,” Aoki told PEOPLE. “I feel so deeply about the Asian footprint in music culture that I wanted the music video to have an entirely Asian cast and director.”

"Waste It On Me" appears on Aoki's fifth studio album, Neon Future III, out now.
