Emily In Paris’ Lucas Bravo Dishes on Season 2, What’s Next For Him & More

Meet our new boyfriend Lucas Bravo! The Emily In Paris actor Zoomed with Ryan Seacrest on-air on Friday, October 16, and dished on everything from season 2 to what his morning routine is.

The hunk stars as Gabriel in the Darren Star-created Netflix show which revolves around Lily Collins, who plays Emily, a girl from Chicago who gets the opportunity to travel to Paris to provide an "American perspective" to a luxury marketing firm her company has acquired. Lucas plays Gabriel, the boy next door, who helps guide Emily and, well, we won't spoil the rest for you.

Lucas shared with Seacrest it took them four months to film the series a year ago and it’s been fun to see everybody now binging it in a day.

“This is pretty much how I felt with Sex and The City back in the day,” Lucas added when Seacrest revealed he wasn’t ashamed to admit he’d binged the series. “I was watching it, really I was educating myself, and my guy friends were like ‘Why do you watch this?’ And once I told them they started watching it and they understood what it was so it’s kind of full circle that I’m here now,” he added, referring to Darren Star who also created SATC.

Lucas, who was Zooming from Budapest working on a new project, was born in France and has been featured in a bevy of projects, but considers Emily In Paris his “big break.”

So what else do we need to know about our new favorite heartthrob?

He’s 6’1”, his dad was a pro soccer player and he starts each morning with a warm glass of water with lemon, ginger, and a teaspoon of honey. And while we, along with the rest of Netflix’s audience, love to gush over Lucas, he’s looking forward to taking on grittier roles.

“Since Gabriel is literally the boy next door — I’m glad I got this part — but it’s obviously a really objectified character,” he shared. “I guess what I’d love to do is portray a character that is a little further from this beautiful, electric boy-next-door. … I suffered that in France for a long time,” he explained. “People don’t give you parts if they feel like people won’t identify with you if you’re too good looking … so I’d like to get a little dirtier I guess.”

That said, will we get a season two of Emily In Paris?
